Donnie Kham is a respected real estate attorney known for his deep expertise in residential real estate, extensive experience, and strong dedication to protecting his clients’ interests. His reputation as a leading expert in the field is well-earned.

Born in Newport News, Virginia, Donnie earned a BBA in Information Technology from the College of William and Mary before graduating from South Texas College of Law, where he specialized in alternative dispute resolution. He is also certified as a Texas State Mediator and holds relevant real estate licenses.

Donnie began his legal career while still in law school, serving as a mediator for the Harris County Justice of the Peace Court. After graduation, he worked at a high-volume real estate law firm focused on residential closings, handling over 2,500 residential loans. This experience helped him sharpen his skills in full title examinations, contract drafting, and issuing title insurance policies. Later, he managed the Suwanee office of the largest real estate law firm in the Southeast.

While Donnie’s primary focus is residential real estate, he also has significant experience in corporate debt litigation and creditors’ rights enforcement.
