Firm Bio

We combine experience, technology, and a commitment to customer service to delight our clients.

The firm was founded on the belief that parties to a closing desire
and deserve open communication, accurate information and flexibility
in their real estate closings.  We uphold that belief by providing
consistent quality service and competitive turnaround times.

Unlike other firms encumbered with legacy systems and processes, Kham Law was built from the beginning with the 2015 Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Regulations in mind.  We have implemented the necessary protocols and procedures as required by American Land Title Association (ALTA) to comply with the Best Practices in all material respects.

Closing should be a celebration. My team strives to make your closing a smooth process.
